There are many ‘manifesting techniques‘ that are available to anyone looking for growth and betterment. The objective is to find one technique that we are comfortable with. Once that is done, we need to follow and remain with it until we manifest. The issue most people have is ‘impatience’, we want instant results. We are all looking for some quick fix scheme. Fast results with little to no input or real effort.
We need to remember that the harmful and negative beliefs lodged within our mind, are not from today. Those beliefs are the outcome of many, if not, a lifetime of bad thoughts and habits. If it took us a lifetime to develop such restricting and limited beliefs, then, we would need some time and effort to eliminate them.
The beauty of our mind is that the time required to change our mind is proportionally short, to the time it took us to develop such beliefs. Thus, in order to adopt new habits and thinking patterns, we need to do some mental work and exhibit a strong mental discipline. When we have a sincere desire blended with focus and willpower to achieve results, it will guarantee success.

Once you are clear on what you sincerely desire, earnestly desire (with all your heart, make sure it is not a mere fleeting wish or desire) write it down on paper. Write the things and conditions you really want. Do not be afraid of wanting too much. Write a list of desires in order of importance to you (the list is not static you can change the list daily by adding to or taking from it until you have it right). Do not be afraid or discouraged on account of changes, they are natural. There will always be changes, in additions with accomplishment and increasing desires.

1 Read the list of what you want 3 times each day. Morning, noon and night.
2 Think of what you want as often as possible
3 Do not talk to anyone about your plan. Except, to the great Power Within, which will unfold to your objective/conscious mind the method of accomplishment

(the idea is to see and feel in our mind the object of our desire as already ours before it has manifested.)

The first step: in changing the future is desire; that is: define your objective– know definitely what you want.
The second step: construct an event which you believe you would encounter following the fulfillment of your desire– something that will have the action of self-predominant. What would you do if your desire manifested? Think of one action you would take. (for example jumping up and down, or calling your spouse, or dancing or thanking God, or tears of joy etc…)
The third step: immobilize the physical body and induce a condition akin to sleep— lie on a bed or relax in a chair and imagine that you are sleepy; then, with eyelids closed and your attention focused on the action you intend to experience in imagination— mentally feel yourself right into the proposed action— imagining all the while that you are actually performing the action here and now. You must always participate in the imaginary action, not merely stand back and look on, but you must feel that you are actually performing the action so that the imaginary sensation is real to you. If an action is hard for you to imagine, then think of three words that would describe the accomplishment and feeling associated, such as; I did it, Wow it’s done, how wonderful, I feel amazing!! etc…
Do this technique for a few minutes, 3 times a day, and be amazed.
